Last night we had a great Bible study lead by Elizabeth, She took a pumkin and showed us through an illustration, how God can clean out the sin in out life and let his light shine through. I hope we all took it to heart and realize that when we have sin in our lives, his light is blocked, but when we confess that sin, his light can shine. Remember, we are the light of the world!

When we started this gym, we had no idea what to expect. We knew it would be fun, we knew it would at times be a struggle, but we never knew it would take off like it has. I am so proud of the hard work that the boxers put in each day, i can never understand all the struggles each one goes through, let's face it we all have our own different struggles, I just hope that through the messages, stories, and encouragement that they hear, that at least one life can be changed for the better.
